Villa Therese Catholic Clinic Presents Rocktober

Celebrate October with the gift of giving. The perfect opportunity is just around the corner, as New Mexico’s only free medical clinic, Villa Therese Catholic Clinic (VTCC), presents its annual fundraiser gala, Rocktober! The event will feature a sit-down meal, silent and live auctions and dancing with live music by the traditional blues band Animal Parade, featuring Julie Stewart. Rocktober brings dinner, dancing and donations to La Fonda on the Plaza, Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Those interested in purchasing tickets for Villa Therese Catholic Clinic’s Rocktober should be aware that tickets to this event are only available for a short time. To guarantee meal selection, tickets for Rocktober should be purchased no later than Friday, October 6. Tax deductible donations, on the other hand, are welcome at any time.

Among the highlights of the live auction will be a one-week stay at a home in Sun Valley, Idaho, which can sleep up to 16 people. Also up for auction will be a one-week vacation package at a home in Scottsdale, Arizona located on Troon North Golf Course, which can sleep up to 14 people and includes four rounds of golf on the Troon North golf course.

About Villa Therese Catholic Clinic

Villa Therese Catholic Clinic, founded in 1937 by The Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati and sponsored by the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, offers basic medical, dental, vision, and dermatology for children and families. The clinic addresses the needs of the uninsured and under-served populations in Santa Fe and Northern NM who have no other access to care.  VTCC services are based on a compassionate “no questions asked” policy, regardless of income level, citizenship, religious affiliation or ability to pay. The clinic collects no revenue but instead operates through fundraising, foundation grants, private donations and the generous altruism of local physicians, dentists, and other volunteers.

Join Villa Therese Catholic Clinic for a grand night of delicious food, inspirational programming, and dancing to live music. Tickets are $150 each and can be purchased through the website.
